Yay School holidays

Morning all.

Have been a bit slack with this lately, but YAY school holidays ! I know a lot of parents seem to hate them but I love them. It means you can relax more , eat breakfast later and just generally chill out with routines a bit.

We have been adding to our family here, we have had a pet drought for a few years and broke this about a week ago when we went to the Animal Protection Society and got a kitten. He has made himself right at home, beautiful little black thing and is quite happy despite being named 'Mouse' by the kids LOL.

Also out the back now we have 4 chickens, I was whinging about the price of eggs the other day and Murray and the boys built me a chook house so hopefully in about 6 - 10 weeks they will start laying.

I will post some photos when I can but at the moment the photo thingymagig is playing up.

Anyhow, hope you all have a great week, may it be safe & fun.

Cheers, the Couttses

Hi Connie,
Glad your enjoying the start to the holidays. It does mean for some more relaxed routines doesn't it. Welcome to the new addition! Hope it may settle in soon. Hayden has been pestering me for a kitten too, but I haven't given in...yet! They are a lot of fun though, so playful. Great idea on getting some chooks. The prices of eggs are shocking. I would love to have chooks just to throw my scraps to, it seems such a waste throwing it in the bin.

Hi Connie - Read your comment - I know who you are now! I remember a Christopher Coutts - he was a little ratbag (in a nice way) and such a cutie as well - I helped out in Amanda's class a couple of times when I was unemployed! So Ryan worked with your hubby at terpies as well and now my mum teaches Liam - got all angles covered how we might know each other lol. Well hope you really enjoy the holidays - enjoy it while you can coz they will fly past. I don't get holidays till September *sniff sniff* - oh well I'll keep working and saving money!
Enjoy the new little kitten. I like cats - but my hubby doesn't - so at the moment Ryan is winning until I can convince him we need a cat - I had to give up my cat (TimTam) when I moved into a unit in Rockingham (before I met Ryan) and I miss her - but I know she is being looked after really well (I never had the heart to take her away from her little brother (who belonged to my flatmate) and seperate them that's why I've never taken her back). Bye, Erica xx

You always give me a good laugh.
i just love those pics again.
sure you can have those stamps and maybe one night you would like to join a group here or you might like to have your own private 'show n tell' with me.
It would give me much joy to share my passion. Will reserve them for you. Tomorrow afternoon or Thursday afternoon would be fine for pickup as i am a busy gal'
Hope you are enjoying your company in the school holidays:)
